Module One - REGULATE: We look at the basics of nervous system regulation, where I'll guide you through three highly effective regulation techniques.
Module Two - REFRAME: I'll teach you how to quickly get a handle on any situation that either activates your nervous system, or makes you feel sad or flat. I'll guide you through three useful techniques to help you do a 'reframe'.
Module Three - RECEIVE: The antidote to all the 'giving' we do as mothers and (possibly) partners, is to learn how to get really good at receiving. As feminine beings, we are in our natural state to receive.
