MAMA RISING FACILITATOR
MOTHERHOOD COACH
As a mum, yoga teacher and motherhood coach, I support mothers who feel lost, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.
I offer a monthly mother's yoga circle and seasonal events in my home studio in Balwyn North, as well as bespoke 1:1 coaching (in-person or online via ZOOM) I empower mothers to reclaim their authentic sense-of-self in the wildly busy years of raising children and teens.
Mama Prana is a community where mothers gather together to embrace their authenticity and find their feminine magic along the ever-changing journey of motherhood.
As a qualified Mama Rising Facilitator, I hold space for mothers through:
Monthly Mother's Yoga Circles & Seasonal Workshops (These are run at my home studio workshop in Balwyn Nth)
1:1 Bespoke Motherhood Coaching (In-person and Online)
An online group coaching program coming in 2026
There are a few beautiful ways we can journey together. You can begin with the Blossom Rituals Mini Course—a free, self-paced experience designed to gently support you in regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your self-energy, and blossoming into the woman and mother you’re becoming.
If you’re craving in-person connection, join my Monthly Mothers Circle in Melbourne—a nourishing evening of movement, meditation, and sacred sharing. I also host seasonal retreats like our Winter Solstice Circle, offering a deeper reset through feminine archetypes, embodiment and reflection.
For more personalised support, my 1:1 coaching packages are a sacred container for women ready to explore their matrescence journey with guidance, ritual and self-inquiry.
And in 2026, I’ll be launching Blossom: The Group Coaching Program—an intimate yet expansive space for mothers ready to rise in their authenticity, power and purpose. Wherever you begin, you’ll be met with warmth, wisdom and reverence for the season you’re in.
Meaghan Dynon is a yoga teacher, Mama Rising Facilitator and mother of two from Melbourne. She is known for her passionate, friendly, and creative approach to teaching — creating spaces where women and mothers feel deeply supported, nurtured, and inspired.
Meaghan teaches yoga classes in her home studio, facilitates soulful women’s circles, and leads transformational workshops that honour the ever-evolving journey of womanhood and motherhood.
In both my circles and coaching, I weave in feminine embodiment practices—like breath, intuitive movement, sound, and somatic awareness—to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and come home to the truth of who you are as a feminine, cyclical being.
(Nervous System Regulation) Through breath, movement, and somatic practices, you learn to ground yourself, release stress, and shift from overwhelm into calm presence.
(Deeper Self-Connection) By tuning into your body’s cues and rhythms, you begin to trust your inner wisdom, honour your cyclical nature, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
(Empowered Expression) As you reclaim your embodied voice and awaken your Shakti (feminine life force), you feel more confident to set boundaries, speak your truth, and show up fully as the woman and mother you are becoming.
I guide women to reconnect with their innate power of creative expression—not as something to perfect or perform, but as a joyful, embodied way of exploring their feminine nature and inner world. Creativity in this space isn’t about producing or proving—it’s about feeling, playing, and remembering who you are beneath the roles and responsibilities.
(Presence) Creative expression anchors you in the here and now, helping you drop out of your busy mind and into the grounded wisdom of your body.
(Pleasure) It awakens a sense of delight and sensual enjoyment, reminding you that creating can feel nourishing, playful, and deeply fulfilling.
(Flow) It opens you to a state of effortless rhythm, where ideas move through you with ease and you feel connected to something greater than yourself.
Yoga asana and yogic philosophy provide a nurturing foundation for a new mother navigating matresence, fostering physical strength, emotional resilience, and inner peace amidst the transformative journey of motherhood.
(Awakening Shakti) Shakti—the divine feminine life force—is the vital energy that nurtures your creativity, resilience, and intuition as a mother. By consciously moving and breathing to awaken this power within, you reconnect to your inner strength and flow, helping you navigate the demands of motherhood with grounded presence, deep nourishment, and fierce, loving energy.
(Harness Sacred Energy) The Yamas and Niyamas provide a sacred framework to honour your boundaries and values, creating the space for your Shakti—the divine feminine energy—to flow freely and powerfully without compromise.
(Embodied Sovereignty) Through physical asana and mindful practice, you cultivate strength, presence, and resilience that carry beyond the mat—helping you release what no longer serves and step confidently into your radiant power as an embodied, authentic mother in everyday life.
Matrescence is the profound inner transformation from maidenhood into motherhood, a journey often overlooked by mainstream narratives. Through the lens of matricentric feminism and the Mama Rising Formula of Support, you’re empowered to authentically find your voice, align with your values, and claim your power as a mother.
This approach centres the unique experiences of mothers, honouring the complexity of your evolving identity while supporting you to navigate this transformative transition with clarity, resilience, and deep self-empowerment.
Authentic Voice: Matricentric feminism encourages you to reclaim and amplify your unique voice as a mother, helping you communicate your needs and truths confidently.
Values Alignment: You reconnect with your core values through a mother-centered framework that respects your lived experience and guides purposeful decision-making.
Empowered Transition: Supported by feminist principles that prioritise maternal well-being, you embrace the challenges of matrescence with resilience, grace, and a strong sense of sovereignty.
My workshops and women’s circles are a bespoke blend of yogic asana and philosophy, creative expression, feminine embodiment, all underpinned by matrescence and matricentric feminism theory.
