Held inside my soft peach yoga shala in Balwyn North (yes, people say it feels like a literal womb), these closed women’s circles are more than a monthly class.
A place to exhale, be held, and reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been buried under obligation, over-functioning, and being everything for everyone else.

Each circle is a closed group of 6–7 women, meeting on a dedicated Sunday each month—so deep bonds can form, trust can grow, and you always have a soft place to land.

Circles are offered as a closed-term container, not drop-in classes.
To honour the depth of sisterhood and consistency of the experience, upfront payment is required for the full school term (eight circles per year).
