Hey beauty,
I'm Meaghan.

Feminine embodiment coach, Mama Rising® Facilitator, yoga teacher, and mum of two magical little humans who’ve taught me the importance of nervous system regulation.

I created Wildflower because I lived the high-functioning, over-giving life myself — doing all the “right” things while slowly losing connection with who I really was. I know what it’s like to feel tired in your bones and hungry for a deeper, more soulful way of living.

I believe women bloom in the presence of other women.

I believe our bodies hold ancient wisdom we can return to.

And I believe that when a woman remembers who she is, everyone around her rises.

Wildflower is the space I wish I’d had — a haven where you can arrive exactly as you are and be held in the most honest, spacious, feminine way.

This isn’t just a membership.

It’s a soul-reclamation; a remembering.

I’m so busy — what if I don't get to it or even keep up?

I know how busy and stretched you are. I'm going to send you email reminders so that sessions are top of mind. And if you miss anything, it'll be waiting for you in your portal when you're ready.

Wildflower was literally built for burnt-out, overwhelmed women. You can’t fall behind. It’s not a course — it’s a soft landing place where we're going to build you up, at a pace that feels beautiful for you.

I’m not that “spiritual” — is this for me?

Do you have a body? Do you have emotions? Perfect. You’re spiritual enough.

What if I’m having a rough week/month?

Then you come as you are. Rage-y, fragile, flat — it's all welcome. And you'd never be required to share if you're feeling tender. Just come as you are and we will meet your energy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You’re a grown woman. No lock-ins here.

Is this an alternative to therapy?

No, beauty. I'm not a qualified mental health worker so if you are in search for mental health services, please note:

Matricentric Femininsm Education

Matricentric Feminism is a mother-centered framework that recognizes motherhood as a profound rite of passage—not just a role, but a transformational identity shift.

Unlike traditional feminism, which often centers on equality in male-defined spaces, matricentric feminism centers the lived, embodied experiences of mothers—their needs, voices, values, and emotional landscapes. It acknowledges the invisible labor, identity loss, inner growth, and rebirth that come with the motherhood journey.


Through this lens and the Mama Rising Formula of Support, Wildflower empowers mothers to claim their voice, live in alignment with their truth, and reconnect with their inherent power. We honour the mess, the magic, the complexity—and offer tools to move through it all with clarity, deep self-trust, and soul-led empowerment.

Gentle Yoga & Yoga Philosophy Education

Gentle feminine-form yoga asana and yogic wisdom supports your strength, emotional resilience, and inner peace—especially for high-functioning women and mothers navigating transformation. We look at how the Eight Limbs of Yoga and the Yoga Sutras can inform a more empowered outlook in this season of womanhood.

Creative Expression Through Simple Crafts

Each month, we explore a creative craft—simple things like collages, hobby painting, creating a capsule wardrobe on Canva, framing our children's art, festive seasonal projects etc.

In Wildflower, creative expression is about engaging the senses, exploring colour, texture, and rhythm as a portal back to your own pleasure and delight. A chance to connect with forgotten parts of yourself—the one who knows how to play, feel, and create without judgment.

Ayurvedic Rituals & Seasonal Living Education

Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system from India that invites us to live in tune with the natural rhythms of the Earth. It teaches us that wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula. It’s a dance between your constitution, the elements, and the cycles of nature.

In Wildflower, we bring this into real-life practice with seasonal rituals, nourishment tips, and energetic adjustments to help you feel grounded, vibrant, and in flow.
