Mama Prana is a yoga space and sisterhood for mothers in Melbourne and beyond. In-person offerings include yoga and sound bath classes, women's circles and mums and bubs yoga. Online offerings include 1:1 matrescence coaching, Blossom the signature group program and the monthly membership Wildflower.
As a mother of two from Melbourne, yoga teach and matrescence coach, I run yoga classes, women's circles, seasonal workshops inside my yoga shala at the back of my home in Balwyn North, Melbourne. I also offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching for mothers.
I created Mama Prana so that mothers have a sanctuary they can retreat to when they are craving embodiment, rest, pleasure, support and sisterhood.

Juggling motherhood with work/running a household, nurturing your relationship with your partner, if you have one, is not easy.
We live in a system that tells a women that she can do it all, but then doesn't provide adequate support.
I've created this mini course to be a space where you DO feel supported.
MODULE 1: Regulate Your Nervous System
We look at the basics of nervous system regulation, where I'll guide you through three highly effective regulation techniques.
MODULE 2: Redefine Your Current Mindset
I'll teach you how to quickly get a handle on any situation that either activates your nervous system, or makes you feel sad or flat. I'll guide you through three useful techniques to help you do a 'reframe'.
Module 3: Receive From The Feminine
The antidote to all the 'giving' we do as mothers and (possibly) partners, is to learn how to get really good at receiving.
Behind my home in Balwyn North, I’ve created a vibrant yoga sanctuary — a space that sparks those femme feels the moment you walk in. Layered with blankets, bolsters, blocks, linen Glamswags and singing bowls, it’s a cocoon where mothers come to stretch, soften, and reconnect with their essence. The best part? It's painted peach!
